Stick Men were a punk rock/no wave/funk band from Philadelphia in the late 70s early 80s. The Lineup for the band at this timeFronted by guitarist/painter/sculptor Peter L. Baker and keyboardist B.A.L. Stack (Beth Ann Lejman), bassist Billy Bradfield and percussionist Jim Meneses. There are versions of this show tape already on YouTube but Bob Dickie send me the files from his tape (Thanks Bob) so I’m putting them up anyway. This is the Stick Men from the East Side Club – September 24, 1981.
I’ve also included the Bandcamp of the Insatiable CD retrospective, some other live videos on Youtube and when they were on the Uncle Floyd show. Defiantly one of the bands that makes me wish I was older and went to college in Philly earlier.
